Actor-comedian Mallika Dua, recently lost her mother, Chinna to Covid. Few days ago, she shared this news on Instagram through a post in which she wrote, “Thank you ma for choosing to be my mother. You are my God. Thank you my ma”
Struggling to get over this heartbreaking incident, Mallika shared another post on Instagram today in which she is seen with her mother gazing at a river with their arms around each other. She wrote a long and emotional note to her mother and promised that she will live her life with integrity and love.
She wrote, “Bye my Chinna. My sweet girl. My first and greatest love. The weather was just perfect. You sent the best breeze, it was green, the sun was there but warm and lovely. It’s where I picture you are right now. With paati. She is making you filter coffee and muruku and you are chilling. In a really beautiful place and very very happy.”
Further she promised her mother, “That’s how I will live too. Just like you. With courage, grace, boundless kindness and above all, joy. I promise to love myself no less than you love me, I promise to help everyone I can and I promise to be happy because how dare I dishonor your legacy.”
She also wrote, “My mama is god. And god is always always looking out for me. I promise I will live a good life with integrity and love. Promise my mama.”
Actress Shweta Tripathi commented on her post, “And she is so proud of you 🤗🤗🤗♥️♥️” Actress Amyra Dastur commented, “She’ll live brightly through you and Bakul ♥️ Sending you lots of love jaan.” Several other celebrities like Sanya Malhotra, Shibani Bedi, etc. also commented on the post.
