Poonam Pandey passes away at 32 of Cervical Cancer, manager confirms

Poonam Pandey, who made her Bollywood debut in the 2013 movie Nasha, has sadly died. The news has shocked both fans and the film industry. Confirmation came through her official Instagram handle, leaving the entertainment community and fans in sadness over her tragic death.

Poonam Pandey’s official Instagram handle shared this sad news. “This morning is a tough one for us. Deeply saddened to inform you that we have lost our beloved Poonam to cervical cancer. Every living form that ever came in contact with her was met with pure love and kindness. In this time of grief, we would request for privacy while we remember her fondly for all that we shared,” the post read.

The actress last appeared in the first season of Lock Up, which was hosted by Kangana Ranaut. Despite not winning the reality show, she did increase her fan base. Comedian Munawar Faruqui won the first season of Lock Upp.

Poonam also had a short marriage with Sam Bombay. Everyone was taken by surprise when the wedding happened. They often posted videos and images on social media accounts. Unfortunately, the marriage didn’t last. Soon after their 2020 wedding, she accused him of domestic abuse.
