What Will Taylor Swift’s New Album Be About?

Travis Kelce recently made an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show on January 13, 2025, and had some fun, light-hearted moments when discussing his relationship with Taylor Swift. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end was asked if he plays a role in inspiring Swift while she works on her music. Kelce laughed and quickly responded that he doesn’t get involved in her creative process. “I would never chime in, but I’m here to support it,” he said, emphasizing that he’s there for her, just not in a way that interferes with her art.

When McAfee playfully suggested that Swift might be writing songs about a ‘good guy’ for a change (referring to the many ‘f-boys’ she’s sung about in her past hits), Kelce joked, “There might be a few,” and added, “You know I can’t say… any of that.” His witty response had the crowd laughing, as he skillfully dodged any hints about what might be coming in Swift’s future music.

Kelce didn’t just talk about Swift, though. He also shared some thoughts on his upcoming role in the Happy Gilmore sequel, saying that the whole experience was a blast. He also looked back on attending Swift’s Eras Tour concert in Indianapolis last November, calling the crowd at Lucas Oil Stadium “bananas,” referring to the energy and excitement of the fans.

In other Taylor Swift news, her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department, released in April 2024, has been a huge hit. It topped the Billboard 200 chart and became her longest-running No. 1 album, staying at the top for an impressive 17 weeks. With the Eras Tour wrapping up after 149 shows, fans are eagerly awaiting whatever Taylor has in store next.
