HDB Financial Services has launched an All-Women Branch in Madurai, reinforcing its focus on gender diversity and women-led leadership within the financial services sector.
The company said the branch would be managed entirely by women employees and would create opportunities across operations, customer relationship management and branch leadership roles.
The initiative is also expected to improve access to formal credit and financial awareness among women customers in the region.
