HDFC Securities has expanded its flexible working arrangements by introducing a hybrid work model for several departments while continuing fully remote operations for select teams.
The company said that from June 1, corporate and support functions including IT, Operations, Finance, HR, Research and Marketing will operate remotely for two days every week during an initial two-month phase.

“Meanwhile, our Engineering, Customer Experience, and Digital Account Opening teams continue to operate on a fully remote, location-agnostic basis. This approach allows us to tap into a broader, more diverse talent pool across the country and provides maximum flexibility to our employees.” added, Ms. Bhatia.
The company said the hybrid arrangement would be reviewed after two months based on operational requirements and external conditions.
