Josh Duhamel and Audra Mari welcome their first baby. The Transformers star and his wife announced on Tuesday that their first child was born last week. The couple announced the news on Instagram, where they posted a monochromatic photo of the baby’s little feet. Audra captioned the picture, “Shepherd Lawrence Duhamel 1/11/24”.
Josh, 51, and his previous spouse Fergie have a 10-year-old kid named Axl. In 2017, the former Black Eyed Peas member and Josh ended their eight-year marriage. The couple’s divorce was completed in 2019.
In an interview with Parade, Duhamel revealed his son’s response to learning that he will be a big brother: He asks, ‘Wait, now, am I going to be — You’re going to love me, though, right?’
He added, “I was like, ‘Of course, I’m going to still love you.’ And he’s like, ‘I’m still going to be your firstborn son, though, right?’ I’m like, ‘Yeah, you’re still the firstborn son!’ ”
Rumours of a romance between Duhamel and the former beauty pageant contestant began when they were seen kissing at a Toronto airport in October 2019. The news comes two years after he and Fergie ended their eight-year marriage in September 2017 and just more than a year after his split from Eiza Gonzalez.
