Priyanka Chopra gives a glimpse of new home amid reports of moving out of $20 mn LA mansion

Following reports that Priyanka Chopra, her husband Nick Jonas, and their daughter Malti had to leave their luxurious $20 million California mansion due to a severe mold infestation, the actress shared pictures of her temporary residence on her Instagram account.

As she spends time adjusting to the new place while repair work is underway at her house, the actress has been posting pictures of her living room, bedroom and lawns on social media.

In a video that she posted on Instagram Stories, Priyanka captured the rain dropping outside her window while the song “Aur Ahista” by Pankaj Udhas was playing in the background. Sharing the video, she penned, “Rainy days…my favourite. Who remembers this song?”

She also posted a monochromatic picture of a lamp’s shadow along with the caption “Does this shadow look like a giant rat or is it just me?”

The couple, who purchased their dream home in September 2019, became involved in an ongoing legal dispute over damage to it. According to reports, the luxurious home started showing indications of water damage as early as 2020. This, in turn, led to a mold infestation, which made the house ‘dangerous’.

Meantime, on the professional front, Priyanka is anticipated to return to the sets of ‘Citadel’ to begin shooting the second season, which will be directed by the Russo Brothers.
