The Pitch Perfect star shared the joyous news on Instagram, revealing that her sister, Liberty, officiated their wedding. Wilson explained that they chose to hold the official ceremony in Sydney so that her 94-year-old grandmother, Gar, could attend. The couple felt it was the right moment and place, especially with the beautiful time of year and the significance of having family present.
For the ceremony, Wilson wore a strapless pink flowy ruffled gown with a plunging neckline, and her hair was styled in a messy, beachy look. Agruma, in contrast, wore an off-white floral-print dress with a scalloped skirt and beading around the neckline. Both brides completed their looks with sunglasses. The couple shared pictures from the intimate ceremony, with Wilson posting photos of her grandmother, sister, and other family members.
This legal ceremony follows their September wedding in Italy, where they held a lavish seaside celebration at Hotel Cala di Volpe in Sardinia. At that event, they wore coordinated white off-shoulder wedding dresses. The couple has been together since June 2022 when Wilson came out as bisexual and confirmed her relationship with Agruma. In November 2022, they welcomed a baby girl via a surrogate, and in February 2023, Wilson proposed to Agruma at Disneyland.
