Saturday Night Live will be celebrating its 50th anniversary soon on Peacock

NBCUniversal is pulling out all the stops for Saturday Night Live’s 50th anniversary, and it just got even grander! Peacock has announced a livestream concert featuring a powerhouse lineup of musicians who have been part of SNL’s legendary history.

Set to take place at New York’s iconic Radio City Music Hall on February 14, 2025, SNL50: The Homecoming Concert will feature performances from Arcade Fire, The B-52s, Backstreet Boys, Bad Bunny, David Byrne, Brandi Carlile, Miley Cyrus, DEVO, Brittany Howard, Jelly Roll, and Lady Gaga. Other big names on the bill include Chris Martin, Mumford & Sons, Post Malone, The Roots, Bonnie Raitt, Robyn, Eddie Vedder, Jack White, and the Preservation Hall Jazz Band. More artists are expected to be announced as the event approaches.

Hosting the star-studded celebration is none other than former SNL cast member and Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon. The event is being executive-produced by SNL mastermind Lorne Michaels and hitmaker Mark Ronson.

Peacock will stream the concert for two days ahead of NBC’s official SNL 50th Anniversary Special, airing on February 16, 2025. The streaming platform is also offering deep dives into the show’s history, including the four-part docuseries Beyond Saturday Night and Ladies & Gentleman…50 Years of SNL Music, a documentary directed by Ahmir “Questlove” Thompson and Oz Rodriguez.

For die-hard fans, an immersive SNL experience has also opened at Rockefeller Center, featuring set recreations and artifacts from the show’s five-decade legacy. With music, comedy, and nostalgia all coming together, SNL50 is shaping up to be an unmissable event!
