TVS Motor Company has announced the induction of Ravindran Shanmugam as an Independent Director on its board effective May 13, 2026, subject to shareholders’ approval.
The company said Shanmugam’s addition to the board would enhance its governance framework and contribute expertise in AI-led transformation, digital ecosystems and consumer-focused innovation.
Shanmugam currently serves as Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Singapore-based Mablle. He has also previously worked with McKinsey & Company, focusing on growth and strategic advisory assignments.
TVS Motor stated that the seasoned entrepreneur’s experience across global markets would support the company’s long-term growth ambitions.
