Actors Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya have made their first appearance as a couple on the cover of Vogue magazine’s April issue. In their interview, they opened up about how their relationship started with a simple interaction on Instagram.
Sobhita shared that it all began when a fan asked her during an “Ask Me Anything” session why she wasn’t following Chaitanya. Curious, she checked his profile and found that he was following only 70 people, including her. “I was a little flattered, so I followed him back,” she said.
Soon, the two began chatting in their DMs. In April 2022, Chaitanya flew to Mumbai to meet Sobhita for their first breakfast date. Their relationship blossomed naturally, and after meeting each other’s families, Chaitanya proposed. The couple got married in December 2024 at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad, surrounded by their loved ones. The traditional Telugu wedding was guided by family elders.
Sobhita looked stunning in a gold Kanjivaram silk saree with real gold zari, reflecting her cultural roots.
