Actor Sudhanshu Pandey has put an end to ongoing rumours about a feud with his Anupamaa co-star Rupali Ganguly. In a recent interview with Screen, Sudhanshu addressed the speculation that had intensified following his sudden exit from the popular television show in 2024. According to the actor, all is well between him and Rupali, and there is no truth to the reports of conflict.
Speaking about his decision to leave Anupamaa, Sudhanshu explained why he made his exit public through social media. “The reason why I announced my exit on social media was because I felt responsible towards my audience,” he shared. “I didn’t want them to be shocked or heartbroken. At least I told them personally rather than letting them find out from other sources.”
Addressing the rumours of a strained relationship with Rupali Ganguly, Sudhanshu clarified, “Stories have nothing to do with reality, so don’t believe them. All is well; the four years have been fantastic. I will cherish being a part of Anupamaa all my life. The equation with Rupali is all okay. I was chatting with her recently, and we were even bickering about something on Instagram it’s all fine.”
Sudhanshu’s exit from Anupamaa after four years came as a shock to fans and was followed by other major departures, including Gaurav Khanna, Nidhi Shah, and Kunwar Amar Singh. Despite the speculation, Sudhanshu remains grateful for his time on the show and maintains that his bond with Rupali remains unaffected.
