Timothée Chalamet shares the advice Leonardo DiCaprio gave him about superhero movies

Timothée Chalamet is gearing up to charm audiences with his new Dune film, which he has been promoting everywhere. People have been excited about his performance because he is one of Hollywood’s youngest celebrities. While the actor was once rumoured to portray Spider-Man, fans have expected him to play any other superhero. Chalamet responded by revealing what Leonardo DiCaprio warned him about superhero movies.

The superhero fans would be on edge if Timothee Chalamet joined the MCU or DC Universe for any superhero role, but it appears to be a dream after receiving advice from the Titanic actor not to take on such roles.

In an interview with The New York Times, the actor commented on the present status of superhero films when asked, “Is it fair to assume that if you wanted to play a superhero, you’ve had opportunities?”

Chalamet made it clear that he has been staying away from the comic book movie franchise ever since the Titanic star advised him not to. The Dune actor said, “Well, Leonardo DiCaprio said to me, ‘No superhero movies, no hard drugs.’ Which I thought was very good. I follow them both!”

Meanwhile, Dune: Part Two, starring Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya, will be released on March 1, 2024.
