Adam Levine’s kids already have their favorite music artists lined up, and unsurprisingly, Maroon 5 has secured a top spot on that list. But the band isn’t the only act they’re obsessed with—Olivia Rodrigo is right up there too!
In an interview with People magazine, the Payphone singer shared that his three children—Dusty Rose (8), Gio Grace (6), and his two-year-old son, whom he shares with wife Behati Prinsloo—love attending his live shows and are huge fans of his music.
Levine revealed that his kids not only know every song he’s ever written but are also well-versed in Maroon 5’s entire catalog. However, when it comes to their musical world, it’s basically just two names: Olivia Rodrigo and Maroon 5.
“That’s their universe,” Levine joked, adding that he’s totally fine with it. He admitted he’s not sure how long their current musical preferences will last, but for now, he’s enjoying the ride.
On a personal note, the Cold singer reflected on how fatherhood has changed him, saying he’s become much more in touch with his emotions. “I cry every day,” he admitted, noting that parenting has softened him. He also joked that, naturally, he’s a lot more tired these days.
On the professional front, Levine is set to return as a coach for The Voice season 27. In addition, he and Maroon 5 will be performing eight shows as part of their Las Vegas residency.
